 INNOVA DESIGN was initially founded by Manon Sjauw-Mook in the year 2005. Even though she found all the members of our company separately, she knew that by placing them altogether, she could create an outstanding graphics firm with their help. Due to her efforts, our team is made up of 8 like-minded individuals who are dedicated to producing above par creative presentations and web and print design services.
Manon has over 8 years of Internet Marketing experiences. She initially started working in the Gambling industry, focusing on Sportsbooks, Casino, Poker and Domino Gaming online. In 2003 she participated in the creation of a handicapping campaign and mass productions for the sportsbook. Additionally, she attended the gaming affiliate conference in Amsterdam held in 2005; she was working as an in-house Affiliate Assistant at that time.
As times changed, Manon realized it was time to start her own business. With Innova Design’s graphic designers and web programmers, she managed accomplish plenty of projects for travel agencies, cosmetic surgeons, hotels and various other companies in Costa Rica promoting tourism. As you may know, these industries are the most booming and revenue building trades up to date, but are also the most competitive and therefore most difficult to break through.
Having had the full experience in what the modern trends in Web Designing, Search Engine Optimization and Internet Marketing for these businesses require (specifically the usability of general site building) this gives Innova Design a complete advantage over other companies on the market.

 MAHE GARCES
Creative Web & Print Design Director
Mahe Garces is our creative designer for web and graphic print design. She is also one of our top agents in creating sales promotions for our clientele.
She is from Cuba and speaks English and, naturally, Spanish. Previously, Mahe worked for 5 years in the graphic design industry and accumulated a large array of creative experience. She joined Innova Design members 2 years ago and has helped the company flourish since then. We and our clients are happy to have Mahe on board!
 ADRIANA RAMIREZ
Copy Writer and Translation Manager
Adriana Ramirez possesses an absolute command of both the English and Spanish languages. After working for 3 years in the area of bilingual customer service in a highly demanding online gaming company, she accumulated just the right experience of knowing what it is that people out there want (and need!) to read in the websites they visit. She is charge of website translation making our client’s websites accessible to different nationalities all around the world.

Implementation Manager
Carolina Soto is an unwavering and dedicated worker that always manages to get the job done no matter what. She takes care of all the team by focusing on the administrative details and is in charge of implementation and integration. At the same time, she works with everything related to validation processes as well as with accessibility testing.

Creative Print Designer
Marcela Tiffer is our creative designer for graphic print design. Some of her amazing creative work consisted in the designing marketing material such as, business card, brochures, logo manual´s, web banner design and many more.
She is from Costa Rica, and speaks English and of course Spanish. Marcela has 3 years of creative experiences in print design and web design, and joined Innova Design members since 1 years ago.

Melissa Casasola has extensive know-how in creating top-notch content for online internet marketing needs. With over 6 years of experience, she knows that copy writing directed towards search engines is the key to achieving effective top ranks on the net. She has worked with some of the most renowned Internet Sportsbooks and Casinos as well as legal, health and tourism related sites in Costa Rica and abroad.

Jill Timisela, a Dutch native speaker, possesses a passion for languages. After 4 years of working as a bilingual writer, she build up an extensive experience in all areas of creative communications, such as copywriting for Print and Web (Keyword-rich for the Search Engines) and translations. Jill is located in Amsterdam's Innova Design offices and takes an active interest in the ongoing projects and activities of each and every division in the company. She is in charge of making sure that all projects are accomplish and delivered to our European clients

Hector Quintero is a well organized and a professional web application developer who has been programming for over five years. He is from Colombia and joined Innova Design Team in Costa Rica 2 years ago. Some of his amazing works consisted in the creation of software for Real Estate websites, Project Management online software, Tracking codes, Online Ecommerce's and many more.
