We currently have two different package to offer our clients’who are either looking to revamp their existing website or start a new website from scratch.

 

EXISTING WEBSITE DESIGN:

If you already count on a website, with an exisiting logo, concept and content, we can aid you in redesigning or creating a design and rewriting your content with your desired and current pages.

If you are interested in obtaining this service you must have: the original and PSD or PNG files, your current website in C.D. or access to FTP,a signed contract as a mutual agreement where the stipulated terms and conditions of this package will be entailed .

We provide: a fully designed new redesign, creating an SEO friendly site struture and integrating the content with your current website (rewriting it as well if applicable) and online marketing consultation.

NEW WEBSITE DESIGN:

If you are looking for a new creative way to appear on the net an appeal to you potenial clients then you will need us to make a unique website in accordance to your business. If you’d like to learn more about starting an online business, click here.

If you are interested in creating a new web site we will aid you in designing a logo, when this process is done we will have a feel of the colors and concept that your new site will have, offering your clients a direct view of what your company provides. When we have agreed on the direction of the site we will complete a design and send you screen shots for approval, as soon as you have approved the design we will start cutting the site in Html. Please keep in mind that once a site design is approved we will not be able to rework it. A very improtant part of a succesful online business in the content written on your site, our writers are experienced in Internet Search Engine friendly content and will give your site the focus needed.

We will then create the web structure integrating the correct content on each page. The site will be delivered on a C.D.or if you have given us F.T.P access and hosting information we will upload it directly.

Once the site is up or the C.D. delivered you can always hire our services to focus more on Internet Marketing and Search Engine Optimization and/or make your site dynamic programming.

When a potential client approaches Innova Design and requests our Web Design Services, the process takes place as follows:

Our web design team always makes sure to fulfill the following steps:

Definition of site goals – Our team sits down with members of the client’s firm to discuss and determine what the objective of the website is. Factors such as the website being an online tool for clients, or for you to sell your produce directly though the internet or what your expectation are, etc. shall be considered and conversed so that detailed planning of the design can commence.

Creating a website structure (Sitemap) – In this phase, our design team discusses how the information will be made available to the site visitors, like for example, what paths they will need to take to reach what they are looking for and to ‘surf’ through the site. Our team will come up with an electronic click through (without including any kind of graphics) to evaluate the structure in its online arrangement. By doing so, Innova Design will be able to ascertain what kind of technology and site navigation is required to make the design work.

Signing Mutual Agreement. - Innova Design desire is to delight the client. One way is to make clear our understandings with each other. Therefore we have a contract agreement created, which we will ask you to sign on starting the web design process. Web Design Contract

After the client signed the web design contract, we start the process of creating the Drafts of Visual Design´s.

Designing and building – The next step implies the development of graphics and layout for the website. If there is anything our client wants to include, be it text or graphic, it is received during this stage. Once more, an electronic click-through is developed which will let our team know there more graphics are needed and what text needs to be modified. Our client then evaluates our progress and if they are satisfied with it, the graphics will be completed and the necessary writing collected. If any animation is to be added to the site, including any flash elements, they are developed in this phase.

Website programming – The amount of programming that is needed varies from project to project. The use of software with web content management in the site structure will determine the base for the entire site’s functionality. Within this framework, the communications tools and business procedures specific to your firm will be programmed. All features will be developed and tested by members of our team and our client.

Website launch – Due to the thorough testing of the website in the previous stage, the launching of the site is usually very straight forward. Once the site is released however, it is immediately tested by our team and our clients as well. It is here were the marketing strategies you have planned with Innova Design go into play so that word of the release of your site reaches all the right ears.

Site maintenance – When the website is launched, Innova Design’s task of creating the site is complete. Even so, since your website is your business card, it must be updated in terms of technology, navigation, graphics and usability every so often. Thus, after the release of the site, our design team works with our client to establish a constant review and maintenance calendar for your website. This schedule can include system upgrades, emerging website technologies, user feedback and client requests.
