Dental Solutions is the website of Dr. Alvaro Lopez, one of Costa Rica’s top cosmetic dentists. Dr. Lopez’s goal with this website was to open his business to the world of internet, catering to clients from across the seas. After having received patients from all over the world, the doctor wanted to make all the information about his practice accessible to people living overseas and to make it much easier for them to get in contact with his office and arrange for their dental treatment.
Thus, when the doctor approached Innova Design with the idea of creating his website, our company was aware that his site needed to be informative as well as eye-catching, so that foreigners would know that it was secure and completely worthwhile to travel to Costa Rica to get their dental procedures done under Dr. Lopez’s capable hands.
Dental Solutions was a project that Innova Design created from scratch. Dr. Lopez hired many of our services and up to this day, we still maintain his website in perfect working order. The following are the services we provided while creating the doctor’s site:
Logo Design – From the very beginning, we were aware that Dr. Lopez needed an attractive logo for his site that not only conveyed the nature of his business but that expressed an image of security and responsibility as well. The doctor wants his clients to know that they will receive the best dental treatment and expert customer service. Using this as a base, our logo design team sat down to work and came up with this:
Web Design – It was necessary for Dental Solutions to have a user-friendly and easily navigable website that would permit its visitors to find the information they needed without much of a hassle. Also, an image of the doctor’s dependability needed to be conveyed at the same time. Taking this as a base, our web design team started working on the site until they reached their final result.
Programming – Since Dr. Lopez was depending on his site to manage all his clients coming from abroad, it was necessary for the communication between his customer service team and patients to be perfect. Therefore, Innova Design’s programming team went ahead to create an instant messaging service that allows visitors to write messages through the site by filling a small form.
Content Writing – When it comes to a dental procedures site, accurate information about treatment details is key. Being aware of this, our content writing team sat down and investigated the dental procedures offered by Dr. Lopez, writing detailed articles about each in an accessible and enjoyable manner. Also, our writers created pages giving more information about Dr. Lopez himself as well as other services patients may need while visiting Costa Rica to get dental treatment done, such as recovery centers.
Print Work – The first thing that Dr. Lopez needed to advertise his site was a line of informative yet alluring brochures. These could be distributed to all kinds of affiliates (for example, plastic surgeon clinics) and help the doctor’s site rise. At the same time, we started an affiliate program campaign. Our team made certain that Dental Solutions could be found in some of the most important cosmetic dentistry sites in Costa Rica as well as in the personal sites of several plastic surgeons.
Search Engine Optimization – When it comes to attracting foreign customers to your dental clinic, it is essential for your site to have high ranking in all different sorts of search engines. Innova Design went ahead and researched the whole cosmetic dentistry market, finding the necessary keywords and key phrases that would bring Dental Solutions ranking up high. Web Maintenance – Dental Solutions signed a contract with Innova Design for us to provide full maintenance of the website. This includes email server maintenance which ascertains that Dr. Lopez’s site is always in perfect working order. If any errors occur, they are reported and solved immediately.
